This was announced by FIFA, which has saved the best of its prizes (38.03 million) for that team that triumphs on December 18, 2022, the date set for the final of the World Championship. The runner-up of the tournament will take a total of 27.27 million euros.

There will also be a difference between the semi-finalists based on their fight for third place. In this case, the country that climbs the podium will enter an amount of 24.45 million euros, while the fourth classified will have to ‘settle’ with 22.64 million.

In addition, the rest of the teams will also enter an economic incentive in relation to their classification in the appointment in three brackets. In this way, from the 5th to the 8th classified will take 15.40 million each Federation; while from the 9th to the 16th will be 11.7 million euros.
